The room was reasonably spacious and fairly quiet, there were a safe box, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast was great with many foods to chose from.

The location is great and right by New Castle proper as well as `` Union township. Again, it's located within 10 minutes' drive from Westgate Cinemas.

Everything was wonderful, relaxing and tidy room with a tub. Had a shower and hairdryers in the bathroom. It was in a central setting in "Union township.

Room was clean and the hotel had a pool and hot tub, which was nice for relaxation after a day of shopping. The breakfast selection was good, with options like mini omelettes and sausages. The location was perfect for our trip to the nearby outlet mall.

The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful. Our rooms weren't ready for an hour after check-in, and they were given to other guests.

The hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a very relaxing area, very close to Close to restaurants and stores, restaurants, & interstate and "Union township. Large and huge units with th first and shower, as example, and the staff were amazingly nice.

The hotel is located in a clean and safe neighborhood, with easy access to the nearby Grove City outlet mall. There are also plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. Guests have mentioned that the rooms are clean and comfortable, with accommodating staff members. The breakfast offers a great variety of options, and the hotel has a nice pool area. the location and amenities provided ensure a pleasant stay.

Some guests have mentioned that a couple of employees were not as friendly or welcoming as expected.

The bed super comfortable! The shower was clean and very roomy. Loved the closet with ironing board and iron. Coffee maker with condiments was a great addition. Desk and chair were comfortable. Appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash, and soap. The staff was very helpful.

Everything is what i need and want.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Union Township. Firstly, I was impressed by the value for money. The prices were reasonable and I felt like I got a lot for what I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel. From the beautifully maintained grounds to the well-appointed rooms, everything was in order. Plus, the location was ideal as there were numerous eating establishments nearby, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat. Lastly, the staff provided excellent service. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The basic amenities were also top-notch, and I appreciated having a room with two queen beds and a pull-out couch. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious foods to choose from.

All was just as I expected, no complaints whatsoever.
